Sample Program

We begin each program by visiting your company to discuss the desired outcomes of your program and to gather some information on your group. If desired, one or two brief activities can be led with your staff, to increase buy-in and interest.

Arrival at CSM (5-10 minutes)
Your group is met by our facilitators and given a brief introduction. This is a time to stretch your legs out, get used to your surroundings and take care of any personal needs before the day begins.

Large Group Games (5-30 minutes)
Our lead facilitators will begin with some “warm-up” games to get everyone on the same level. This is a useful time for your staff to “test the waters” and become comfortable in a new environment. It is also helpful for our facilitators to read your staff and learn the most effective ways to challenge them. These activities tend to be the safest (physically and emotionally) of the day.

Small Group Initiatives (3-5 hours with breaks)
Next we break down your staff into groups of 8-15 and dive into the core of the program. Depending on the outcomes you identify, this portion can take many forms. Each group will have a facilitator lead them through activities, generally becoming more difficult as the day progresses.

Our staff will present an initiative and will then step back, only intervening for safety or clarity. When the activity is complete, a short debrief will be led, allowing participants an opportunity to share what they experienced, what it meant and how it can be applied.

This portion of the program remains flexible, as our facilitators choose activities based on the previous successes and barriers each small group faced.

Optional High Ropes Activities
Offer your staff a thrill. Choose from the 500’ zip line, the Pamper Pole, Kong’s Ladder, the Giant Swing, the high ropes course or the extreme high ropes course. Typically the pamper pole or zip line is chosen in this option as a way to cap off the day with an exciting adventure.

Closing Activities
Here our facilitators will gather everyone together and lead a few wrap-up games. These are designed as a way to debrief the day as a whole, and to have everyone together, closing on a high note.
