Sure, having great teambuilding experiences and a high course with a variety of challenges is a great asset to any teambuilding program, however it's our facilitators who set the CSM program apart from any other program in our region! Our facilitators bring with them a broad variety of education and experience. Each staff member receives extensive training in high and low element facilitation in keeping with the standards set by the Association for Challenge Course Technology and the American Camp Association.

"I brought my 13-person team from Harris to a teambuilding day and have had nothing but positive comments about the experience. I must admit that I was a little unsure how my team would approach the teambuilding activities. Only two of my staffers are under 40 (three with recent surgeries), so I was wondering what I was thinking putting them in harnesses on a high wire. But the CSM facilitators did an outstanding job mixing fun with appropriate reflection on group dynamics and communications.
