Campership Fund (Financial Assistance)

Started in 1977, the Camp Stella Maris Campership Fund provides need-based scholarships for resident, day and family camp programs.  Campership awards are extended to families who otherwise might not have the opportunity to send their children to camp.  Our goal is to ensure that all children are able to experience the loving and magical environment of Camp Stella Maris.

A minimum of ten percent of resident camp enrollment is reserved annually for families seeking financial assistance.  Funded through generous donors and an annual fundraising event, Camp Stella Maris awards more than $60,000 to campers-in-need annually.

An easy and confidential application process is in place for individuals requesting financial aid.  We also work with local parishes and government agencies in identifying those most in need.
