Ways to Give
There are many ways to give to Camp Stella Maris or to get involved. We are fortunate to have many volunteers, some who help ready the camp for summer programming, others who give a few hours of their time to help at a special event, and still others who serve on a committee. Here a just a few ways you can help.
Give your time: Join us during the Day of Caring, help plan our annual fundraiser, a Fabulous Fall Evening, or join the CSM Staff Alumni Association committee. We'll be looking for new and creative ways to get former campers and counselors involved in Camp so bring your enthusiasm and your ideas!
Participate in a Special Event: Many of our volunteers host fundraising events to benefit Camp Stella Maris. Play a round of golf in Premium Mortgage's Annual Quest for the Cup at Bristol Harbour, or run (or walk!) in Kyle's Running for a Memory Annual 5k. Sample fine wines and enjoy Rochester's ArtisanWorks at CSM's annual Campership Fund Benefit, a Fabulous Fall Evening.
Help the United Way and CSM: Designate Camp Stella Maris as the beneficiary of your annual United Way contribution. Take pride in knowing that 100% of your gift goes directly to the agency of your choice. Just be sure to write in Camp Stella Maris' donor designation #1157.
Give the gift of Camp: Make a donation to the Campership Fund and send a child to camp! Camp Stella Maris awards more than $60,000 to campers-in-need annually.
Buy a Brick: The Frank & Norma Riedman Family Courtyard is the central gathering space at Camp Stella Maris. At 100 feet in diameter, your personalized brick will be located in a highly visible area. It's a wonderful way to commemorate your stay at Camp, celebrate an anniversary or special event, or memorialize a loved one. Or buy a brick with a group of friends to share a CSM memory or as a gift for someone special.
Make a Gift: Gifts to CSM enable us to enhance our programs, increase Campership awards to families-in-need and make improvements to our facilities to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our campers. We remain committed, more than ever, to our mission and work tirelessly to ensure that we offer quality, values-based programming to the thousands of children we are blessed to host each year.
