Camp Stella Maris seeks a dynamic individual with an entreprenurial spirit to join its leadership team.  Working with the Executive Director, the Senior Director will be responsible for management of camp operations, oversight of CSM program activities (including strategic program developemnt) and marketing.  This individual will proactively seek out camping industry trends, changes in regulatory standards and maintain the Camp's accreditation.  The successful candidate wil possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate 3-5 years of administrative experience with a collaborative leadership style.  Competitive salary and benefits package.
