While we value the importance of all those who have contributed to our 100 years of success, this event is exclusively for staff alumni (and their families) and invited guests.

Enter camp using the VanZandt entrance and park in the “North 40”. We will have signs and parking attendants to help you.

Handicap parking will be available at the Russer House entrance (4395 E. Lake Rd).

Check In

Upon arrival, all guests are asked to check in at the Riedman Pavillion (deck of the Arts lodge). At check in you will be given a parking pass to be placed on the dashboard of your vehicle. You will also be given an event wristband, and we ask that you wear this during your entire stay.  Please remember that admission to camp is restricted to guests who have purchased tickets in advance. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins or guests without a ticket. Please see our policy for unregistered guests.

Check in Times

Diver/Slider/Rafter ticket holders: Friday 8/28 from 5:00 – 6:00 pm. If you miss the Friday evening check-in, you may check in at the Health Center any time on Saturday.

Saturday Centennial Celebration ticket holders: Saturday 8/29 from 4:00 – 5:00 pm

Slider ticket holders– curfew is 11:00 pm. You are welcome to return to camp on Saturday and Sunday mornings after 8:00 am.

No. All participants over the weekend are required to register. Please see our policy for unregistered/ticketed guests (which are not permitted)

Guests do NOT need a ticket to attend Mass on Sunday at 9:00 am

No, anyone can attend Mass, which will be at 9:00 at the Star of the Sea outdoor Chapel.

Yes. There will be a room available in the Health Center. There is also a fridge and freezer available for storage if needed. Stop by the Health Center upon arrival for any questions and to see the space. 

Each meal prepared at camp will include both gluten-free and vegan options. At Saturday’s dinner, the gluten-free food will be on a red platter, and vegan food will be on a white platter at each station.

Overnight guests (Diver & Rafter)

If you are not spending the night but plan to stay for Saturday night’s campfire, we encourage you to bring a chair or towel to sit on.

Yes. Though meals are included in the price of all full-weekend packages. Food must be kept in sealed containers or in vehicles.

The Camp Store will be open Saturday morning from 10:00 – 11:30 and Saturday evening from 4:00 – 5:30 pm.

No. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on Camp property. There is a designated smoking area at the bridge between Camp and the Beachel parking lot behind the Russer House Office.
