FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who can attend the event?

While we value the importance of all those who have contributed to our 100 years of success, this event is exclusively for staff alumni (and their families) and invited guests.

Can I register multiple people at the same time?

Yes. After you place your order, you will be directed to a form where you can enter the contact information for everyone in your party. If you want to guarantee your group is all in the same cabin, this is your best bet!

Is there an age minimum for attendees?

Yes. While we encourage families to come, children under the age of five will not be able to participate in programming. CSM is only licensed for children five and older. The Centennial Celebration Dinner will be an 18+ event. Children under 18 can join in our CSM kids program during this event.

If I'm attending the whole weekend, do I need to stay at Camp?

No, you may stay at a hotel, Airbnb, house, etc, and choose the Slider package (whole weekend without accommodations)

Can I come for just the Centennial Celebration Dinner?

Yes. Click on the “Buy Tickets” button and choose “Centennial Celebration”. That ticket includes arrival at Camp starting at 4:00 PM, a Cocktail Hour at 5:00 PM, the Centennial Celebration Dinner from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, and the Evening Campfire from 8:00 PM until 11:00 PM

Can I host guests who are not registered for the weekend?

No. All participants in the weekend are requird to register.

Are drugs allowed on Camp property?

No. This includes marijuana/THC.

Is alcohol allowed on Camp property

No. The Friday evening and Saturday Centennial Celebration will have beer and wine for sale.

Is smoking or vaping allowed on Camp property?

No. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on Camp property. There is a designated smoking area at the bridge between Camp and the Beachel parking lot.

Can I bring my own food?

Yes. Though meals are included in the price of all full-weekend packages. Food must be kept in sealed containers or in vehicles.

What if I want to be in a cabin/room with all my friends but we want to register separately?

After each of you registers, you will be directed to a form in which you will be able to add a “cabinmate request”. We will do our best to accommodate all cabinmate requests, but we cannot guarantee you will all be together. If you want to guarantee, consider booking together!

Is there financial assistance available?

Yes, just like our Campership Program, we want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to attend. Please reach out to John Quinlivan via email at john@campstellamaris for more information.
